The 26th March, 2021
No. SW3/SCPCR/2021/1938.—In continuation to this office Notification No. SW3/SCPCR/2019/ 3508-3515, dated 03.07.2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 17 sub section (2)(b) of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is pleased to appoint the following Non Official Members and Official Member of the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights :—
(1) Dr. Monica Singh, W/o Dr. Deepinder Singh,
# 206, Sector 11-A, Chandigarh.
(2) Sh. Sanjay Sharma,
H. No. 2189, Sector 37-C, Chandigarh.
(3) Mrs. Rajinder Kaur,
Deputy Director School Education (1),
Department of Education, U.T., Chandigarh.
Note :
(i) The period of Dr. Monica Singh and Sh. Sanjay Sharma as Members, Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Chandigarh shall be for three years from the date of the Notification or till further order.
(ii) The Govt. Officer appointed as Ex-officio Members shall continue as Members till they hold their posts in their respective departments or till further order.

No. 2/7/34-H-III(7)-2021/3976.—In continuation of this Administration's Notification No. 2/7/34-H-III(7)-2020/14872, dated 25.11.2020 and to provide financial relief to the Transport Sector, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Punjab Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1924 as in force in Union Territory, Chandigarh as amended from time to time, is pleased to exempt the Motor Vehicle Tax in respect of following commercial vehicles registered in Union Territory, Chandigarh from 20.5.2020 to 31.12.2020 in public interest :—
