Notification
The 27th April, 2021
No. A5/2021/839.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 45 of the Fundamental Rules and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, hereby makes the following Rules further to amend the "Government Residences (Chandigarh Administration General Pool) Allotment Rules, 1996" namely :—
1. (i) These rules may be called the "Government Residences (Chandigarh Administration General Pool) Allotment (Amendment) Rules, 2021".
(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Chandigarh Administration Gazette.
2. In the Government Residences (Chandigarh Administration General Pool) Allotment Rules, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), the category of "Librarian and Director Physical Education (in the grade pay of Rs. 9000)" shall be included in event (f) in the eligibility list of for type-9 (old) houses at Annexure 'A' appended with House Allotment Rules, 1996.

No. DC/AMB/2021/206.—In exercising the power of the Board delegated to the undersigned by the Chandigarh Administration vide Notification No. 4208/UTFI(1)-91/7303, dated 14.05.1971, I, Mandip Singh Brar, I.A.S, Secretary, State Agricultural Marketing Board, U.T., Chandigarh, hereby, adopt the circular letter No. Dev-3/250, dated 05-03-2021 issued vide endst. No. Dev-3/251-265, dated 05-03-2021 by the Punjab Mandi Board regarding amendment in Bye-Law 28 of Punjab Market Committee Bye-laws for implementation in the Market Committee, U.T., Chandigarh.

AMENDMENT
In clause (1) of Bye-Laws 28, the charges fixed under different categories of agricultural produces with standards of net weight shall be substituted as under :—
CATEGORY 'A'
(COTTON - 40KG) AND WOOL -20 KG)
1. Unloading Rs. 2.97 paise per unit
2. Dressing Rs. 2.43 paise per unit
3. Weighing & filling Rs. 6.47 paise per unit
Note.— Out of the charges mentioned at serial No. 3 Rs. 2.59 paisa shall be paid to the weighman and rest Rs. 3.88 paisa shall be paid to the labourers engaged for this purpose.
CATEGORY 'B'
(CHILLIES DRY-10KG) AND GROUNDNUTS -25 KG) AND FRESH CHILLI- 30KG) 1. Unloading Rs. 1.16 paise per unit
2. Sieving (Manual) Rs. 1.29 paise per unit
3. Dressing Rs. 0.92 paise per unit
4. Weighing & filling Rs. 3.42 paise per unit
5. Stitching :—
Stitching by machine Rs. 1.43 paise per unit

Manual stitching Rs. 1.08 paise per unit
Note.— Out of the charges mentioned at serial No. 4 Rs. 1.03 paise shall be paid to the weighman and Rs. 0.34 paisa shall be paid to the labourers engaged in Sweeping and rest Rs. 2.05 paise shall be paid to the labourers engaged for this purpose.
Out of the charges mentioned at serial No. 5 Rs. 0.57 paise shall be paid to the labourers engaged for this purpose.

CLAUSE (7) of the Bye-Law 28. Maximum two sieving operations per unit are allowed in case of manual clearing and the rate of manual cleaning (per sieve) will be half of the rate of power operated cleaner. Only one sieving operation in case of power operated cleaner per unit is allowed. More than one power sieving operation per unit are allowed with the consent of seller as per fixed charges.
