No. LD-2021/5128.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987) read with Rule 3 of the Chandigarh Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1997, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to appoint Sh. Puneesh Jindia, District & Sessions Judge, Haryana as the Member Secretary of the State Legal Services Authority, U.T., Chandigarh in place of Sh. Mahavir Singh, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Haryana and to make the following amendment in the Chandigarh Administration, Home Department's notification bearing No. LD-2019/954, dated 23rd January, 2019.
AMENDMENT
In the said notification dated 23rd January, 2021 for clause (k) and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
(k) Sh. Puneesh Jindia,
