No. SW3/SCPCR/2021/2389.—In continuation to this office Notification No. SW3/SCPCR/2021/ 1938-1945, dated 26.03.2021 and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 17 sub section (2)(b) of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is pleased to appoint the following Ex-Officio Member of the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights :—

No. 10/3/2-UTFI(I)/2021/5530.—In supersession of the Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department Notification No. 10/3/2-UTFI(1)-2021/1014, dated 27.01.2021 & pursuance of order bearing No. 22/1/168-IH(4)-2021/7351, dated 21.05.2021 issued by the Secretary Personnel, Chandigarh Administration and in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub Section (e) of Section 2 of the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Dr. Vijay Namdeorao Zade, IAS, Finance Secretary, Chandigarh Administration, as Chief Administrator, to perform the functions of the Chief Administrator, under the said Act, with immediate effect.
