No. A&H-I-2021-22/478.—In supersession of Notification No. 1335-FII(5)-2013/2296, dated 14.03.2013, a Committee of the following Officers of Health and AYUSH Department, U.T., Chandigarh to check the Bogus Medical Practitioners in the Union Territory, Chandigarh and to get the cases registered/ follow up, is hereby constituted, with immediate effect, till further orders :—

No. MH-III-2021/10104.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Epidemic Disease Act, 1897 (Central Act No. III of 1897) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to declare that the regulations for the prevention of Spread of Cholera published vide Punjab Notification No. 12359-GHII-HB/56/77021 (A), dated October 1956 as amended by the Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department Notification No. 2878-UTF(IV)-67/25187, dated 11th August,1967 shall remain in force in the Union Territory of Chandigarh Administration for one year w.e.f. 23.6.2021.
