No. 11/23/152-IH(10)-2021/7458.—The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to constitute the Board of Governors (BOG) of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh notified vide No. F.9-38/2001-U.3, dated 16.10.2003 by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Secondary & Higher Education, Government of India, New Delhi as per Clause 5(A) of the Bye-laws of PEC University of Technology Society registered vide Registration No.3586 of 2003.
The Constitution of Board of Governors is as follows :—

The Board of Governors Constitution is for a period of 03 years with effect from date of notification.
Powers of Board of Governors are as provided in Clause 5 (B) of the Bye-laws. In case any amendments are received from the Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education / University Grants Commission, same shall be incorporated in the constitution of the said Board of Governors, accordingly.
This is issued with the approval of HE the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh.
