No. LD-2021/11720.—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No.2 of 1974) the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, in concurrence with Hon'ble Chief Justice, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint S/Sh. Akashdeep Singh, Ms. Simsi Dheer Malhotra and Sh. Ankur Bali, as Additional Public Prosecutors to prosecute and defend the criminal litigation pertaining to Chandigarh Administration in the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
