The 1st October, 2021
No. 36091.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, notification bearing No. SO. 3267, dated 01.11.1966, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh, Group-'C' (Mortuary Supervisor Grade-I), (Non-Ministerial), Recruitment Rules-2002 & 2014 namely :—
1. (1) Short title and commencement :
(i) These rules may be called the Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh, Group-'C' (Mortuary Supervisor Grade-I), (Non-Ministerial) (2nd amendment) Recruitment Rules, 2021.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.
2. In the said rules, against the post of Mortuary Supervisor Grade-I in Schedule appended to these rules, for the Column No. 6, 7, 9 & 11 the following shall be substituted :—
