No. 198/ E.I./V.A.15.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to appoint Shri Varinder Kalra, Joint Registrar, to the post of Registrar, in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.7800/- plus other allowances w.e.f. 03.11.2021 :—

Note: (i) The above appointment is subject to final decision of CWP No. 22488 of 2017

titled as "Satish Kumar Wig versus Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana,

Chandigarh and Ors".

(ii) The above appointment of the officer is on probation in terms of Rule 23(1)

of High Court Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service)

Rules, 1973.
