Notification

The 9th November, 2021

No. 2021/A5/1815.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 45 of the Fundamental Rules and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, hereby makes the following Rules further to amend the "Government Residences (Chandigarh Administration General Pool) Allotment Rules, 1996" namely :—

1. (i) These rules may be called the "Government Residences (Chandigarh Administration General Pool) Allotment (Amendment) Rules, 2021".

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Chandigarh Administration Gazette.

2. In the Government Residences (Chandigarh Administration General Pool) Allotment Rules, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), the Word "fifty times the normal license fee" shall be substituted as "100 times of the normal license fee for the first three months of overstay and 200 times from fourth month onwards till actual vacation" in Rule-SR-317-AM-21.

May now be read as under :—

1. Upto 4 months on normal licence fee

From date of retirement

2. Beyond 4 months & upto 50 times the normal licence fee

6 months from date of Retirement

3. Beyond 6 months & upto 100 times the normal licence fee

7 months from date of Retirement

4. Beyond 7 months & upto 200 times the normal licence Fee

date of vacation.
