No. 13310-HIII(3)-2021/18287.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Shri Harish Chandra, Head of Office, Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh as Executive Magistrate in the District of Chandigarh.
However, the Notification No. 613-HIII(3)-2018/4932-4935, dated 08.03.2018 with regard to appointment of Shri Arun Kumar, Deputy Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh, as Executive Magistrate is hereby withdrawn, with immediate effect.
