No. LD-2021/15221.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987) read with Rule 3 of the Chandigarh Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1997, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to appoint Sh. Surender Kumar, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Haryana as the Member Secretary of the State Legal Services Authority, U.T., Chandigarh in place of Sh. Puneesh Jindia, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Haryana w.e.f 23.11.2021 and to make the following amendment in the Chandigarh Administration, Home Department's notification bearing No. LD-2021/15139, dated 25th November, 2021.
AMENDMENT
In the said notification dated 25th November, 2021 for clause (k) and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

No. 208 Genl./XVII.3(6-G).—It is hereby notified for general information that 24.12.2021 (Friday) shall be observed as holiday in this Court as well as in the Subordinate Judicial Courts in the UT, Chandigarh on account of general election to Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh on that day, to enable the employees/Officers to exercise their right to franchise.
