The 28th December, 2021
No. 1/6/ED/10/21/2021/2140.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub rule (h) of Rule 2 read with sub rule (3) of Rule 5 of Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000, the Adviser to the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh hereby notifies the following days for the calendar year 2022 on which the use of loudspeaker or public address system and the like during the night hours (between 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight) is permitted :—
