No. C-30213-FII(8)-2022/671.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 20 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 read with Rule 4 (Chapter III) of 'Union Territory of Chandigarh' Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to constitute "the Grievance redressal and dispute resolution committee" for the Union Territory Chandigarh, for the redressal of grievances or resolution of disputes of the Street Vendors, consisting of the following :—

ii. The remuneration of the chairperson and the members shall be paid in accordance with the Notification issued by the Chandigarh Administration vide No. C.30213.FII(8)- 2020/15539-15543, dated 10.12.2020 and subject to further revision as may be notified by the Administrator from time to time.

No. 05 Rule Cell/V.Z. 27.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to amend existing Clause (a) and clause (b) of sub-rule 1 of Rule 11 and to incorporate a new clause (iii) after clause (ii) in Rule 11(b) of the High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1973 in the following manner :—
Clause (a) and Clause (b) "The word 'Fifty' occurring in clause (a) of sub-rule 1 of Rule 11 is of Sub-rule 1 substituted by the word 'Thirty Five'. Further the word 'Fifty' occurring in clause (b) of sub-rule 1 of Rule 11 is substituted by the word 'Sixty Five'."
Clause (iii) of Rule 11(b) "The candidate shall have to pass the test in English Shorthand at a speed of 100 W.P.M. and its transcription at 20 W.P.M. The test shall be of at least 10 minutes duration. No candidate shall be considered to have qualified the test, if he/she commits more than 4% mistakes."

No. 06 Rule Cell/V.Z. 27.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to amend Rule 22-C(iii), Rule 22-C(iii)(i) and Rule 23-A (4) of the High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1973 in the following manner :—
In Rule 22-C (iii) "the words "The Retired Judges' Domestic Help Rules, 2009 are replaced by xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
the words "the Retired Judges' Domestic Help(s) and other Benefits Rules, 2013."
In Rule 22-C (iii)(i) "the words "Retired Judges' Domestic Help Rules, 2009" are replaced by the words "Retired Judges' Domestic Help(s) and other Benefits Rules, 2013."
In Rule 23-A(4) "the words "Retired Judges' Domestic Helps Rules, 2009" are replaced by the words "Retired Judges' Domestic Help(s) and other Benefits Rules, 2013."
In Rule 23-A(4) "the words 'and drivers' are inserted in Rule 23-A(4) of High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1973 after the words 'cadre of Peons' and before the words 'occurring in a year' and after the words 'domestic helps' and before the word 'under'." After insertions, Rule 23-A(4) of the High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1973 shall be read as under :—
"5% vacancies in the cadre of peons and drivers occurring in a year shall be reserved for absorption of contractually employed domestic helps and drivers under the Retired Judges' Domestic Help(s) and other Benefits Rules, 2013."
