No. 97608-HIII(3)-2021/2050.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Shri Satbir Singh, Under Secretary Administration, Haryana Civil Secretariat as Special Executive Magistrate in the District of Chandigarh.

However, the appointment of Shri Raj Kapoor, Under Secretary Administration, Haryana Civil Secretariat as Special Executive Magistrate vide Notification No. 13310-HIII(3)-2021/15058-15061, dated 19.10.2021 is hereby withdrawn with immediate effect.
