No. LDE-2/2017/6-2022/5680.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 (1) read with Section 2(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to appoint S/Sh. Sunil Dutt, Ashok Kumar Gautam, Ravinder Khatana, Lovneesh Mehmi, Sachin, Sukhram, Varinder Kumar, Dr. Shri Ram, Yadvender, Vishal Garg and Anil Kumar, Assistant Public Prosecutors / Assistant District Attorneys, Law and Prosecution Department, Chandigarh Administration, as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting cases in the Special Court specified under the provisions of the aforesaid Act of 2012.

No. HO-SH-2022/132.—The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to amend the following rules further to amend the State Guest House Rules 1995, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the State Guest House (Amendment) Rules, 2022
2. These shall come into force w.e.f 1st July, 2022.
3. In the State Guest House Rules 1995 (hereinafter referred to the said rules) Annexure 'B' appended to the said rules, may be read as under :—

Note :
1. Applicable taxes as revised by the Government from time to time, shall be charged over and above the above-mentioned rates/tariff.
2. Only a Gazetted officer/Retd. Gazetted officer shall be entitled to allotment of accommodation in the U.T State Guest House, Sector 6, Chandigarh.
3. In case of over stay the penal rent will be the double of the prescribed rate. Further in case of non vacation for next booking, the articles of the guest may be removed on his/her risk and cost.
