No. SW3/SCPCR/2022/4067.—In continuation to this office Notification No. SW3/SCPCR/2019/ 3508, dated 03.07.2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 17 Sub Section (2)(b) of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is pleased to extend the term of Ms. Pooja Punchhi, H. No. 160, Sector 8-A, Chandigarh as Non Official Member of Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights for the second term.
The term of the Non Official Member shall be for a period of three years w.e.f. 03.07.2022.
