NOTIFICATION
No. 480/2/2022(I).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 (31 of 1952), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Central Government, hereby appoints the Secretary General, Lok Sabha, Parliament House, New Delhi, to be the Returning Officer for the Vice-Presidential Election, 2022.

C. Tirpathy, Joint Secretary, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House, New Delhi and Shri Raju Srivastava, Director, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House, New Delhi to be the Assistant Returning Officers to assist the Returning Officer for the Vice-Presidential Election, 2022 in discharge of his official functions.
