No. 4/1/70-HII(6)-2022/9471.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Sub Section (1) of Section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887, as applicable to the Union Territory of Chandigarh, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to confer upon the Assistant General Manager, Delhi Financial Corporation Branch office, Chandigarh who heads the Chandigarh Branch from time to time, the powers of Collector under the said Act for the purpose of recovery of the dues of Delhi Financial Corporation, as arrears of Land Revenue, in the Union Territory, Chandigarh.
