No. SW3/ICC/2023/5845.—In exercise of the powers under Section 4(1) of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, a Joint Internal Complaint Committee is hereby re-constituted to redress the grievances of working women on their complaints of sexual harassment in work place in respect of Directorate of Social Welfare Women & Child Development, Integrated Child Development Services, Chandigarh Child & Women Development Corporation, Chandigarh Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes & Minorities Financial & Development Corporation and all its allied units, comprising of the following :—

No. C-30213-FII(8)-2023/10710.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 12 of the Union Territory of Chandigarh Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to make the addition of Designated Officer, Food Safety Department, Union Territory, Chandigarh in view of Rule 22 of Union Territory Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules 2015, in the already constituted Town Vending Committee for Union Territory of Chandigarh, constituted vide Notification No. C-30213-FII(8)-2022/12400 dated 23.08.2022, with the objective to improve the hygiene and Food Safety Protocols for Street Food Hubs in the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
2. The constitution of Town Vending Committee henceforth will be as follows :—

No. SW3/SCPCR/2023/5911.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 17 Sub Section (2)(a) of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Ms. Shipra Bansal D/o Sh. Jeet Raj Bansal, H.No. 5797 (B), Sector 38 (W), Chandigarh as Chairperson of the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
The term of the Chairperson will be for a period of three years from the date, the Chairperson assumes the charge of the post. The terms and conditions will be applicable as per the rules notified by the Chandigarh Administration under the Commissions for Protection of Child Right Act, 2005.
