No. LDE-2/2017/6-(Rectt-12)2023/8366.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Notification bearing No. S.O. 183(E) dated 20.03.1974 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to designate the following Assistant District Attorneys as Additional Public Prosecutors for the local area comprising the whole of the Union Territory of Chandigarh for conducting prosecution in the Courts at Chandigarh :—
