No. RA/MS Act/2023/10312.—In pursuance of Rule 11(2), 11(18) & 11(19) of the "Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013", the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh is pleased to constitute a District Level Survey Committee, comprising the following, to monitor and oversee the survey of manual scavengers and insanitary latrines and to execute the functions defined under the "Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013" in Union Territory of Chandigarh :—
