No. 10/3/2-UTFI(I)/2024/10207.—In supersession of the Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department Notification No. 10/3/2-UTFI(I)-2021/5530, dated 25.05.2021 & pursuance of order bearing No. 22/1/171-IH(4)-2024/8355, dated 19.06.2024 issued by the Department of Personnel, Chandigarh Administration and in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (e) of Section 2 of the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Secretary Estate, Chandigarh Administration as Chief Administrator, to perform the functions of the Chief Administrator, under the said Act, with immediate effect.

No. 9/6/107-UTFI(I)/2024/10243.— In partial modification of earlier Notification bearing No.9/6/107-UTFI(1)-2012/4087 dated 20.04.2012 and Notification No. 9/6/107-UTFI(1)-2022/10585, dated 19.07.2022, the Hon'ble Administrator, UT, Chandigarh is pleased to include the name of Sh. Manmohan Lal Sarin, eminent legal luminary as member of Chandigarh Heritage Conservation Committee in place of late Dr. B.N. Goswamy, eminent Art Historian.

The terms of reference of the Committee shall remain the same.

III of 1897) and all other powers enabling him in his behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to declare that regulations for the prevention of Spread of Cholera published vide Punjab Notification No. 12359-GHII-HB/56/77021 (A) dated October 1956 as amended by the Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department Notification No. 2878-UTF(IV)-67/25187 dated 11th August, 1967 shall remain in force in the Union Territory of Chandigarh Administration for one year w.e.f. 23.06.2024.
