Memo No. 13/1/44-HII(2)-2024/19625.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 of the Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (Central Act No.27 of 1996) read with Government of India Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi Notification bearing No. SO/669(E) dated 14-07-2000, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to constitute "The Chandigarh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board" to exercise the powers conferred on, and perform the functions assigned to it under the aforesaid Act of 1996, The said Board shall consist of the following :-

Memo No. 12/11/142/HII(2)/2024/19610.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6(1) of the Unorganized Workers Social Security Act, 2008 (33 of 2008) read with the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi's Notification bearing No. 11030/7/2009-UTL dated 26.11.2012, the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh is pleased to constitute "the Chandigarh Social Security Board for Unorganized Workers". (3) The Board shall meet at least once every quarter and so often as may be necessary.
