No. 178/HII(4)/2015/2961 dated 10.02.2016, it is informed that no prior approval is to be given by the Office of Registrar Cooperative Societies, UT, Chandigarh in case of Sale Deed, Family Transfer Deed, Gift Deed, Mutual Transfer Deed etc. to the Cooperative House Building Societies to whom the land was allocated on freehold basis.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
