No. 01.—On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (Group-A) held by the UPSC on 12.11.2024 and in terms of Notified Recruitment Rules dated 27.11.2017 as amended on dated 30.05.2022, the Adviser to the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to promote Er. Lalit Mohan Bansal, Sub Divisional Engineer (Public Health) to the next rank of Executive Engineer (Public Health) in the pre revised Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39100+7600(GP) [Now level-11 (Rs.67700-208700) as per 7th CPC] on regular basis with immediate effect in the B&R Wing of the Engineering Department, UT, Chandigarh. Further on promotion he will continue as such on his present place of posting.

Anil Kumar and Surinder Singh Grewal, Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil) to the next rank of Executive Engineer (Civil) in the pre revised Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39100+7600(GP) [Now level-11 (Rs.67700-208700) as per 7th CPC] on regular basis with immediate effect in the B&R Wing of the Engineering Department, UT, Chandigarh. Further on promotion they will continue as such on their present place of posting.

No/SLSA/UT/2025/5031.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987( Central Act 39 of 1987), the State Legal Services Authority, Union Territory, Chandigarh in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh hereby nominates Hon'ble Mr. Justice Deepak Sibal, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court as Chairman of the High Court Legal Services Committee and to make following amendment in the State Legal Services Authority's notification bearing No.SLSA/UT/2023/3962 dated the 16th November, 2023, namely :-
