No. F/260.42812-HIII(1)-2025/437.—In accordance with the provision mentioned in sub rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Telecommunication (Procedures and Safeguards for Lawful Interception of Messages) Rules, 2024, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to constitute the Review Committee to examine the implementation of the provisions of the Telecommunication Act - 2023 (44 of 2023), consisting the following :-

(i) Chief Secretary, Union Territory, Chandigarh .. Chairman

(ii) Secretary Law, Chandigarh Administration .. Member

(iii) Finance Secretary, Chandigarh Administration .. Member

Note : In case the Secretary Home holds the charge of Secretary Law, the Legal Remembrancer

will act as member of the Review Committee.
