No. 1/6/ED/10/21/2025/161.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (h) of rule 2 read with sub-rule (3)of rule 5 of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control)Rules, 2000, the Chief Secretary, Union Territory, Chandigarh, hereby notifies the following days for the calendar year 2025, on which the use of loudspeaker or public address system and the like, during the night hours between 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, is permitted as specified in the table given below :-
