The 12th June, 2025

No. 8/4/18-HII(2)-2025/9143.—In exercise of the power conferred under section 7, 7A and 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Ms. Manisha Jain, Additional District & Sessions Judge, as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal - cum- Labour Court, Union Territory, Chandigarh, with effect 25.04.2025 (FN), i.e. the date she assumed the charge of the said post. The proceeding before the Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal as the case may be, may continue from the stage at which the vacancy is filled.

2. This shall be in supersession of the Chandigarh Administration, Labour Department Notification No. 8/4/18-HII(2)-2022/8714 dated 13.06.2022.
