No. 597850-FII(9)-2026/1583.—Consequent upon the recommendations for inclusion the name of Dr. Yogesh Dogra, Veterinarian, as a member in the Committee notified vide Notification No. FII(9)- 2012/10086 dated 02.11.2012, in place of Dr. C.B. Singh (expired), now, in partial modification in the said notification, the Chief Secretary, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to reconstitute the Committee with the following composition to examine and address issues relating to the Slaughter Houses in the Union Territory of Chandigarh :-

No. 1/6/ED/18/48/234.—In exercise of the power conferred bySection 17 (2) of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Section 17 (2) of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Department of Environment is pleased to notify the Laboratory of the Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee under Section 17 (2) of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Section 17 (2) of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, to carry out different functions entrusted to the laboratory under the Acts ibid with immediate effect.
