No. 28/67/1-IH(9)-2026/74639.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of The Punjab Right to Service Act, 2011 (Punjab Act No. 24 of 2011) and The Punjab Right to Service (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Punjab Act No.10 of 2014), as extended to the Union Territory of Chandigarh by the Central Government vide Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification bearing No. G.S.R 1015 (E) dated 14.08.2017, the Administrator, UT Chandigarh hereby appoints the 15th April, 2026 as the date on which the provisions of the "The Chandigarh Right to Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025, shall come into force.
