No. LD-2026/15672.—In supersession of this Administration Notification bearing No. LD- 2026/7084 dated 23.04.2026 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987) read with Rule 3 of The Chandigarh Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1997, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to nominate Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anoop Chitkara, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh as the Executive Chairman of the State Legal Services Authority, U.T., Chandigarh, in consultation with Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh w.e.f 08.09.2026.
