No. F 1-l1l2010lwcdl50.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section l8 of the commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (No. 4 of 2006), on the recommendations made by the Selection committee constituted vide this Deparhnent's Order No. F 1-11-20101WCD/50, Dated 3lst March 2017, and in pursuance of this department's OrderNo. F 1-1ll20l0lWCD/50,NayaRaipur, Dated27thJanuary,2018, the State Government, hereby, appoints the following as the chairperson and other members in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the said Act with effect fuom 27th January 20 I 8, namely :-

As per sub-section (l) of Section i9 of the saidAct the Chairperson and Member shall hold office as Such for a term of three years from the date on which he/she assumes ofErce. As per Section 20 the salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson axd Members shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government. The Chairperson/Member shall perform their duties and responsibilities in the light of the provisions mentioned in the Commissions for Protection of Child fughts Act, 2005 and Chhattisgarh for Protection of Child Rights Rules,2009.
