In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 153 of the Indian ElectricityAcL2AA3 (No. ³⁶ of 2003), the State Government, hereby, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No" 1718/III-6-ll2005lchecker, Bilaspur, dated 22ndFebruary,2Al8, constitutes the Special Court specified in Column (2) ofthe schedule below in relation to the areas in the corresponding entries in Column (3) thereof, and appoints the Judge specified in Column (4) of the said schedule as Presiding Offieer of the Special court for the purposes of aforesaid Act w. e. f . 27th January, 201 8, nameiy ;-
