G/I⁸. - In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (l) ofSection ⁴ of the Family CourtsAct, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984) the State Covemment, hereby, with the concurrence ofthe Hon'ble High Court ofchhattisgarh and in compliance ofMemo No. 184/11-15-02/2005 (Pt.lIJ'\ 1l-02-1612001 (Pt. IID ll-⁰²/¹⁰¹¹ 2001/Confdl./201 8 Bilaspur, dated l4th March, 2018, withdrawing the services of the following member of Higher Judicial Service specified in Column (2) ofthe Schedule below, appoints them as Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in Column (3) ofthe Schedule, from the date they assume charge oftheir office, namely :-
