S. R. 800, dated 9th June, 1978 and No. G. S. R. 929 (E), dated 29-09-2016, with the prior concurrence of the Cental Govemment, the State Coverffnent, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing and Restriction ofHoarding) Order, 2009, namely :-
AMENDMENT
ln the said order,-
For paragraph 15, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"15. Validity ofthe order - This order shall remain in force jointly with the Removal of Licensing Requiements, Stock Limit and Movement Restriction on Specified Food Stuffs Order, 2016 and its amendment issued. by the Govemment of India, from time to time, for the commodities specified in Schedule-1."
