AnAct furtherto amend the ChhattisgarhAdhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982 (No. 9 of 1982).
Be it enacted by the Ctrhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of lndia, as follows :-
short title and 1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi commencement" (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam,2018.
@ It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Amendment of 2. In Section 18 of the Chhaftisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyarn, 1982 section 18' (No. 9 of 1982), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words " Ten Rupees and Twenty Five Rupees ", the words " Twenty-five Rupees and Fifty Rupees " shall be substituted
Amendment of 3. In Section 19 ofthe principalAct,-
Section 19.
O in sub-section (l), for the words"TenRupees", the words"Twenty-five
Rupees" shall be substituted; and
(ii) in sub-section (2), for the words " Twenty-frve Rupees ", the words
"Fifty Rupees" shall be substituted.
