G.l²⁰l⁸ - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section ²⁸ of The Legal Services Authorities Act,1987 (No. 39 of 1987) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in The Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority Rules,2002 namely -

AMENDMENT

In Rule 19 for figures and words "Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lac)" the figures and words "Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand)" shall be substituted.
