THE CHH*"':ffi1:'J["XI'#XTT"T:#:LISHMENT AND An Act to further amend the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment Short title, extent and commeneement"
and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 20 I 8.
(2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(3) It shali come into force from the date of its publication in the Offrcial Gazette.
Amendment of 2.
