NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-2013 212016. - ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 64 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (No 6 of 1974), and after consultation with the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board, the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent) Chhattisgarh Rules, 1975, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
l. In rule 4.
(i) in column (3) of serial number l0 of Schedule of sub-rule (v), for the figure "1,50,000", the figure "1,00,000" shall be substituted.
(ii) in column (3) of serial number 11 of Schedule of sub-rule (v), for the figure "75,000", the figure "50,000" shall be substituted.
2. In rule 5, -
figure "50,000" shall be substituted.
figure "25,000" shall be substituted.
