In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Horliculture Non Gazetted (Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :-

In the said rules,-
In Rule 6, in sub-rule (1), for clause (a), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"(a) By direct recruitment on the basis of competitive examination or by selection on the basis of merit;"
