(7) Committee shall frmction for the welfare and protection of the children in accordance with the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)Act,2015 (No. 2 of 2016) & the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules,2016.
(8) If the selected member is in a profession/service, which can affect his work as a member of the Child Welfare Committee, then he will have to postpone his work of existing profession/service.

Appointrnent ofthe Members of the Juvenile Justice Board may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (7) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act,20l5 (No.2 of2016).

Besides serial No. 4, members of the Board may resign at any time by giving one month's notice.

Selected member shall frurction according to the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 20 15 (No. 2 of 20 16) and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2016.
(7) If the selected member is in a profession/service which can affect his work as a member of the Juvenile Justice Board then he shall have to postpone his work of existing professior/service.
(8) Advocates selected in the Juvenile Justice Board, shall not be able to practice during his,&er tenure in the Board and for this they shall have to get their registratior/license suspended from the Chhattisgarh State Bar Council for the period of their tenure in Juvenile Justice Board and they have to provide the relevant documents in this regard to the departrnent.
