No.5346il7491XXI-B,12018.- Inexerciseofthepowersconferuedbysub-section(1)ofSection32ofthe Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012 (No. 32 of 2012) and in supersession of this department all previous notification in this regard, the State Government, hereby, appoints Public Prosecutors and Additional Public Prosecutors mentioned in column (3) of the table below as Special Public Prosecutors for Special Courts specified in column (2) of the said table under the said Act and in addition to above also gives them additional charge under Section 26 of the Commissions for Protection of Child RightAct, 2005 (No. 4 of 2006) in Children Courts, namely :-
