NOTTFICATION

No. F ³-²¹²⁰¹¹/l-⁸. - In exercise ofthe powers confened by the proviso toArticle ³⁰⁹ ofthe Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhauisgarh, hereby, makes the following furttrer amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Secretariat Service Recruitment Rules,2012, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

After sub-rule (5) ofrule 13, the following shall be added, namely:-

*(6) Notwithstanding anyttring contained in these rules, in respect of promotion to the post of Steno Typist to Stenographer, Assistant Grade-II to Assistant Grade-I and Assistant Grade-III to Assistant Grade-II, the minimum experience period as mentioned in column (⁵) of serial number ¹⁰, I land ¹² of Schedule-IV, may be relaxable by the appointing authority upto maximum one year for calendar year 2018 only."
