In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 1 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, 'makes the following further amendment in the notification of the State Government, in the hereby Commercial Tax Department, No. 812017-State Tax (Rate), F-10-43l20l71CTN (16), dated the 28th June, 20lTpublishedinthe Gazette (Extraordinary)of Chhattisgarh, No.252,datedthe29thJwte,2017, andlast amendbd in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 10/2018-State Tax (Rate), F-10-15/20l8lCTN (27), dated the 23rd March, 2018 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 130, dated the 2nd April, 2018, namely :-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "3Oth day of June, 20 ¹ 8", the figures, letters and words "30th day of September,2018" shall be substituted.
