AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
For rule 163-A, the following shall be substitute{ namely :-
*163-A. Doors in public service vehicle - There shall be two doors for the entrance and exit ofpassengers in every public service vehicle other than Motor cab, maxi cab, public service vehicle having wheel base 136-160inches(3454-4064mm)orlessorwherethebodyisconstructed by vehicle mamrfacturer. which has been approved by the Central Government under rule 126 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989."
