G/l⁸. - In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (¹) of Section ¹⁵³ ofthe lndian ElectricityAct, 2003 (1.{o. 36 of 2003), the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo 6802lIIl-6-1/2005lChecker, Bilaspur, dated 20th July, 2018, hereby, makes the following further amendment of this department's notification No. 4062111351XXI-B/C. G.l16, naya Raipur dated25-04-2016, namely:-

In the said notification.-

ln the table, in serial no. 6, in column 3, after entry b, the following shall be inserted, namely :-

"c. IVth Additio4al District and Sessions Judge, Raipur, d. VIIIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Raipur."
