In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, I 985 (No. 6 1 of 1985), the State Government with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following order, further to amend this depaftment's previous notification, reiating to the appointment of Special Judge for trial of offences under the said Act as mentioned in the Schedule below. namely :-

ln the Schedule ofthe said Notification, officers mentioned in column No. (2) are posted as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at the corresponding places mentioned in the column No. (3) ofthe said schedule, namely :-
