Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic ol
India, as follows :-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan)
Adhiniyam,20l8.
Short title, extent and commencement.
@ It shall extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh'
(3) It shall come into force fromthe date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Inentriesofcolumn (2) of serialnumber4ofPartJl(Revised)oftheSecondScheduleof
Amendment of Part-II (Revised) of the Second Sch ed u le.
the ChhattisgarhVishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam,1973 (No.22of 1973 ), for the words "Durg Vishwavidyalaya,Durg", the words "HemchandYadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg" shall' be substituted.
3. In Section 4 of Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2015 ( No. 16 of 2015), for the words "Durg Vishwavidyalaya, Durg", the words "Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg" shall be substituted.
