अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 4-25/2006/स्था./32. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश (प्रथम एवं द्वितीय श्रेणी) (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 19 में, उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द ''परिवीक्षा पर'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''स्थानापन्न हैसियत से'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
2. अनुसूची-दो में, सरल क्रमांक 9 में, कॉलम (7) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''4 पद नगरीय निकायों में प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-25/2006/ स्था/32. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Town and Country Planning (Class-I and II) (Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. In rule 19, in sub-rule (2), for the word "on probation", the word "in officiating capacity" shall be substituted.
2. In Schedule-II, in serial number 9, in column (7), for the entry, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
" 4 posts for deputation in Urban Bodies."
